This article presents some ways that you can use to change the order of your work packages
You can change the order of your tasks in Gantt for example by using the Pivot feature, sorting them in chronological order, or dragging and dropping the work packages.
Pivot
With pivot you can sort the work packages by area, team or responsible person. You can turn the Pivot feature on and off when ever you want. Pivot will not affect the schedule for other Sitedrive users. You can read more about the Pivot feature here.
Chronological order
To sort the packages in chronological order, you just need to open the menu from the 3 dots and select the Sort subpackages option.
You can either sort all the packages by selecting the project sum package, or you can sort each sum package individually. You can also choose to if you want the packages to be in chronological order by start date or by end date, or you can sort them in reversed order.
Dragging work packages
You can easily rearrange the work packages to meet your specific needs by using the drag-and-drop functionality. Simply click and hold the work package you wish to move, then drag it to your desired location. As you move the package, be mindful that you can also adjust its indentation level. Take care to avoid unintentional changes to the indentation, as this may affect the hierarchy of your tasks.
