This article show you how you can add timeline notes that are shown through the whole schedule.
With timeline notes, you can add general notes that are shown vertically in the background of the schedule. Timeline notes can have duration of a single day or they can cover longer periods.
In the example below, the timeline notes in blue indicate when the roof is watertight and the note in yellow tells you that there is an ongoing geothermal drilling on the adjacent lot, which may impact the planning of the work.
You can add timeline notes in the Work time page or your project phase.
In the work time page, the timeline notes are listed beneath the work time exceptions. There you can add new timeline notes by pressing the Add new button, or you can edit the existing notes by clicking on the pen symbol.
Fill in the required information in the pop-up editing window. The note will appear in your schedule in the color you selected, affecting all rows during the specified time period.
