This article shows you how to add work packages to work phases in Takt view.
Work packages
Work is scheduled in Sitedrive as work packages. A work package means a set of tasks that is supposed to be performed by one team in one set area at a time. Workpackeges can be different in length, for example you can schedule a daylong package or a weeklong package. The more precisely you define the work packages, the better you can plan their schedule. You can define more specific tasks within the work packages.
Creating work packages into work phases
- In the Gant mode bring the mouse to the row of the work phase you want to add the work packages to. Press the 3 dots on the right side of the row.
- Select from the drop-down menu the option Refine in Takt.

Bring the mouse to the location and time where you want the add the work package and press + .

Create the work package.

- Write in a name for the package.
- Choose a team.
- Save.
