Here is how you can print out your schedule view.
Printing a sigle PDF
- Open the view you want to print and scale the schedule so that the texts are visible.
- Use filter to choose which work packages you want to print

- Zoom the schedule so that all the necessary text are visible.
- You can zoom the schedule by scrolling with your mouse while pressing ctrl, or you can use touchpad with two fingers. Zooming with mouse on top of rows/areas will increase the height of the schedule. Mouse on top of the schedule will increase the width.
- Click on the printer symbol

- Choose the time range you want to print out by moving the circles on the timeline or by inputting the start and end dates.
- Press Continue.
- Choose the option to print a PDF from your print settings. If there is a lot of unnecessary empty white space in your print, you can go back to the schedule and zoom the height or width of the schedule before printing again.
- You can then print this PDF in the size you want to print it in.
New printing: print A3 or A4 pages
- Open the view you want to print and scale the schedule so that the texts are visible. You can use filter to filter the view.
- Click on the printer symbol in the top bar.
- Select the Explore the upgraded printing options now! button.
- Choose the page size.
- When printing in Takt view, you can choose whether to orient the pages in portrait or landscape mode. Additionally, you can specify the number of pages to print by entering the desired amount in the box next to the "Pages" header.
- Choose whether you want the calendar information to be displayed at the top and bottom of the printout. Additionally, you can decide if the calendar headers should appear on each page.
- Choose the time range you want to print.
- Select which rows or areas you want to print.
- Select print.
When printing, you should always print it as PDF. The PDF printout allows you to edit the layout of the schedule before sending to the printer. Filtering out unnecessary work packages before printing is an easy way to limit the scope of the printout.
