In Sitedrive a site can contain multiple schedules and the schedules can have different schedule views.
You can have multiple sites on your company's account. The sites usually contains one construction site and it can be divided into different schedules.
- A site can contain different phases, for example design phase, construction preparation phase and production phase.
- Schedules can be organized based on specific buildings, such as an apartment complex or a parking garage, or by different project stages, including tendering or production. This flexibility enables customized management strategies that align with the unique requirements of each project.
A Schedule
A site can have multiple schedules, each functioning as an independent entity. You have the flexibility to create new schedules or duplicate existing ones for various project phases, or you might choose to manage everything within a single schedule. Additionally, you can set distinct access rights for each schedule, allowing you to restrict access to sensitive information as necessary.
A Schedule and its schedule views
Within a schedule, you have the ability to create various schedule views tailored to specific needs. These views allow you to visualize the schedule in a manner that best suits the current requirements. Think of each view as a different lens through which you can observe the schedule. For instance, during the frame erection phase, you may prefer to focus on a floor level perspective, while the interior phase might require a more detailed location breakdown.
Any adjustments made in one schedule view are automatically reflected across all other views, ensuring consistency. You can analyze and modify the schedule in formats such as Gantt charts, Line of Balance, or Takt mode, providing flexibility in how you manage your project's timeline.
