Schedule 2.0 release notes (15.2.2024)

Most important new updates

Setting completion levels for work packages

Now, you can set completion levels for work packages by entering a percentage value. The completion levels of higher-level packages will be automatically calculated based on the completion levels entered for lower-level packages. When marking a work package as complete, the completion level will automatically be set to 100%.

(Note: The original fragment has been rewritten to improve clarity and readability while maintaining the original meaning.)

Refining areas and work packages in timeline view

In the timeline view, it is now possible to refine work packages. To start refining, simply click on the hierarchy icon in the timeline view or right-click on a work package in the Gantt chart view and select "Refine in Timeline".

This allows you to define areas for the selected work package or create sub-packages directly in the timeline.

Tip: Use the goal tool to maintain the original deadline.

Projects from the old Sitedrive are now available in the new Scheduless.

Projects created and edited in the old Sitedrive platform are automatically synchronized with the new Sitedrive. All of the company's projects can be viewed in the new Scheduless, but making edits requires contacting support@sitedrive.com for notification.

Projects that are in read-only mode are separated from other projects and labeled as "Synchronized, not editable."

Viewing Users

Now, project users can be viewed more clearly by selecting "Show all users." By default, users with company account permissions are filtered out of the project users view. Users who have access to the project can be displayed by changing the selection.

Displaying areas of top-level work packages

The top-level work packages now display the first common area of the sub-packages, and the percentage indicates the proportion of this common area that the sub-packages cover. As shown in the image below, the internal work phase packages contain tasks for 77% of the areas included in the "House 1" area.
