Status colors

This article introduces the status colors and what they mean.

Status colors are a tool for visualizing the progress of a project. You can  turn on the status colors from the top bar .

The status colors are as follows:

Planned

The work package has been created and its start date set in the future.

Ready to start

Prerequisites for the work package have been established and marked as complete, but the work package has not yet been designated as started.

In progress

The work package is scheduled for the current time and has been marked as started.

Delayed (not started)

The scheduled start date for the work package has passed, and its status has not been updated to 'in progress'

Delayed (started)

The scheduled start date for the work package has passed, and its status has been updated to 'in progress.'

Blocked

A blockage has been added to the work package.

Open snags (NEW)

A work package will now be set to an "Open Snags" status when it's marked "Completed" but still contains unfinished additional tasks. This provides clear visual feedback, allowing you to quickly identify and address outstanding issues.

Completes

The work package has been marked as "Completed" but there are still quality tasks that haven't been completed.

Verified

The work package has been marked as complete. The work package either has no quality tasks or all of the quality tasks have been marked as complete.
