Now, multi-selection and multi-editing are possible in the Gantt chart, and local public holidays can be easily added to schedules.

Multiple cell selection and editing in Gantt chart.
Now, in the Gantt chart, you can select multiple cells at once. You can do this by either clicking on the desired cells while holding down Ctrl or by clicking on the first and last cell while holding down Shift. After selection, you can edit the values of the selected cells at once by clicking on the cell containing the subwork package and editing the desired value. The change will be applied to all selected cells.
The multiple cell editing currently works for the columns Status, Comment, Team, Work Section, Start Date, End Date, and Duration. Please note that the editing is excluded for summary-level work packages where editing the value of the cell would not be possible anyway.
Adding Public Holidays
A new feature has been added to the "Work time" tab of the project phase, called "Holidays". Through this feature, country-specific public holidays can be automatically taken into account in schedules.
By clicking on the "Manage Public Holidays" section in the project phase, users can automatically add public holidays to the schedule.
- Users can select the country calendar to follow from the Public Holiday Calendar menu and
- choose the time period for which the holidays should be included from the Timespan covered section.
- From the Show Holidays as -section, users can decide whether to hide the holidays from the schedule (similar to work time exceptions) or highlight them (similar to timeline notes).
Other
The chat icon was moved to the top bar to avoid obstructing the functions of work packages or interfering with the calendar view.
In the Takt view, you can now update the status of work packages by right-clicking on one or more selected packages and choosing "Set status." From there, you can change the status of the package to either completed or not started. This feature allows you to quickly update the status of selected work packages.
Fixes
- Dragging work packages in the calendar has been improved for smoother functionality.
- The interface's loading capacity has been increased significantly, reducing "Page not responding" error messages, especially in schedule views with a lot of information.
- Saving the "Set Areas" function of a work package without selecting an area will no longer delete the work package.
- The location rows in the Flowline view have been adjusted to be of the same height.
- Marking tasks of a work package as incomplete now correctly sets the completion percentage to 0% - previously, it erroneously showed 1% before the fix.
- The possibility to accidentally create multiple teams with the same name at once while creating a new team has been blocked to prevent clicking the "create" button multiple times.
- An issue related to copying a project phase's status model has been fixed (violates foreign key constraint).
