Landing page update: archive and rename projects, attach images to tasks in mobile and web - and other improvements
New Features
Updated Landing Page
You can now archive sites and edit their details. Note that site details now have mandatory fields (address, country, etc.). This can only be done with admin rights.
Archived sites are displayed on a separate tab, accessible via the "Archived" button. You can search for projects by name using the search function. Sites last modified over 6 months ago are displayed at the bottom in a separate section.
The site card shows the last modification date, as well as the start and end dates fetched from the project phase work packages.
Adding Images to Tasks
Images can now be added to tasks (prerequisites, tasks, quality, additional tasks, blockers) in both the mobile app and the web version. The image appears in the work package's sidebar in the web version.
You can take a picture with your phone's camera or upload it from the library.
Taking pictures enables leadership in quality inspections: define as quality tasks the topics from which you want a picture taken (e.g., "Picture of a finished kitchen"). A picture can be attached to a blocker or an additional task to enhance the description of the problem.
Improvements to Quantity-Based Scheduling
The original quantity and the quantity allocated to locations are now clearly distinguished from each other. Most interactions modify the quantity allocated to locations.
The original quantity is set during quantity creation or Bill of Quantities import. It can be edited on the quantity list page. All duration calculations related to schedule tasks are based on the quantity allocated to locations.
Assigning quantities to areas is now easier. The dialog better retains manually entered values. Editing the total quantity in the gantt table is now more reliable.
Single Area Selection Changed to Dropdown Menu
Selecting a single area is now easier with a dropdown menu.
However, assigning a work package to multiple areas is recommended to be done through the "Define Areas" function. It is not recommended to create multiple different work packages for the same work; instead, divide one work package across multiple areas.
Minor Improvements to the Resource Histogram
The histogram now displays the maximum value of each team next to the team.
In addition, the scale of the chart has been improved - values are displayed more frequently.
Work package filtering now correctly filters the histogram.
Work Phase Classification can be Renamed, Copied, and Archived
Account admins can now rename, copy, and archive work phase classifications.

- Creating a work package in pivot/grouping mode now correctly sets the area for the created work package.
- Fixed an issue when copying work packages that only contain quality tasks.
- Fixed pivot mode start and end dates. Correct values are now shown.

- Other improvements.
