Version history

Version history allows you to restore a previous version of your schedule if you make a mistake.

With version history
  • You can  restore the schedule to almost any previous change. See the end of this article for more info.
  • The change history is shared across the entire project phase, so restoring also reverses changes made by others.
  • You can save a specific version by naming it. This allows you to easily restore to that version.
  • Canceling a restore is also possible by selecting the version before the restore.
  • Statuses are included in the version history, so restoring an old version also removes all changes made to statuses.

Restoring a version

1. Open the version history from the top bar .

2. Press + next to open a more detailed change history.

3. Click on the three dots next to the version that you want to restore.

4. Select the Restore this version.

5. Sitedrive will confirm that you want to restore this version. Select Restore if you are sure.

Saving a version as a backup
