Progress lines

Here is how you can activate and use progress lines to monitor the progress of your site.

Progress lines display visually how your site is doing. The line can be seen in the Gantt mode as a red line going through the schedule. Currently there are three types of progress lines: standard, most late and progress percentage line. The progress lines are calculated based on the statuses of your work packages and when they are scheduled to be done.

The standard option displays progress relative to the present moment. For instance, if there is one day’s worth of unfinished work, the progress line will indicate that the project is one day behind schedule. Conversely, if you have completed a day’s worth of work ahead of the planned timeline, the progress line will shift one day ahead of the current date.

The most late option highlights the location of the most delayed work package within a work phase. For example, if a work package that was due three weeks ago remains unfinished, the progress line will indicate this delay by appearing three weeks prior to the current date.

The Progress Percentage line visually represents the overall completion status of your project by indicating the percentage of work that has been finished. It is important to note that this line does not consider the scheduled timeline for the tasks; it solely reflects the amount of work completed.
