Selecting the Schedule View

The list of work packages is based on the selected schedule view. You can choose your preferred schedule view by clicking on the Sitedrive logo located at the top left corner of the screen.

Viewing Work Packages

In the app, all work packages associated with a site are displayed in a list view. Project administrators (Admin role) can see work packages from all teams, while subcontractors and their employees (Read-only role) can view only the work packages assigned to their team or themselves. This list also includes any reported obstacles and additional tasks related to the work packages.

Note: If a work package has not been assigned a location in the Schedule view, it will not be visible in Sitedrive Mobile.

View filtering can be accomplished through the funnel icon located in the top right corner of the screen. From here, users can filter the view based on teams, the status of work packages (completed, in progress, or not started), and specific areas.

By clicking on a work package, users can access more detailed information about it. Any prerequisites, work or quality tasks that have been added to the work package can be seen here.

In this view, users can report the progress of a work package by selecting one of the following statuses: Scheduled, In Progress, or Done.

Reporting roadblocks and additional tasks

Users can report road blocks and additional tasks by clicking the "+" icon in the work package detail view.

In this section, the user must enter a name for the new task. To report a roadblock, click the "Create" button.

If you wish to report a deficiency or another observation, you can do this by selecting "Additional Task" from the Task Type dropdown menu.

Users can provide further details about the roadblock or additional task by adding a more comprehensive description. You can also add picture from your photo gallery or by taking a new picture.

The due date for obstacles and additional tasks will automatically be set to the date of entry. This date can be modified by clicking the calendar icon located at the bottom left.

To save the new task, simply click the "Create" button.
