Schedule templates and a work package library significantly speed up schedule planning and ensure the utilization of best practices across projects.
Schedule templates
Now, from the company account settings, schedule templates can be created by the company admin users. These templates can be organized in a chosen way, such as grouping them into categories like residential, commercial, and renovation construction.
Template schedules do not include location breakdown because each project has a unique space model. When editing the selected schedule for a project, the division of template schedules into areas should be done.
Template schedules for schedules can be directly utilized when creating a new project phase.
Work package library
A new feature added to Sitedrive is the work package library, where users can reuse standardized or their own previous task hierarchy and work package sequence for project planning.
To add work packages and task sequences to the library, simply select the tasks to be saved from the schedule view, right-click, and choose "Add to library".
When reviewing and adding work packages in the Gantt chart view, the selected hierarchy is saved for reuse in Gantt schedules. Similarly, takt sequences can be saved from the takt view.
The saved work package hierarchies and takt sequences in the library can be utilized in schedules by simply dragging and dropping the selected set into the schedule view.
New Features
Calendar rows extended to the bottom
Now, calendar rows are drawn all the way down to the full screen. This allows the schedule view to be zoomed in and moved across the entire display.
