Blocker description in web
It is now possible to read and modify blocker and additional task descriptions in web.
Fixes
- Quantity-linked tasks created in the work package dialog work better now
- Project phase duplication error fixed
- Dragging a row in gantt should work reliably now
- Right clicking a gantt row should not open browser native menu anymore
- Blocker deadlines can now be set to be earlier than work package start
