Sitedrive Mobile usability has been enhanced with option to select visible schedules and easier blocker reporting.
New features
In the "Schedule Views" section of the browser, you can now specify which schedule views you want to display in the Sitedrive Mobile app. Mobile visibility can be customized through the three dots in the schedule view properties.
- Please note that all schedule views created before the 4th of July, 2024 update were automatically set to be visible on mobile.
- New schedule views do not appear on mobile by default.
This change aims to enable sites to align mobile task views with their management practices.
Selecting mobile schedules has been made easier by displaying all schedules grouped by company in the site selection menu. This allows mobile users to see all schedules that are visible to them.
On the schedule card, the site name is displayed at the top, the project phase name in the middle, and the name of the schedule view at the bottom.
Other changes
- When reporting a new obstacle or additional task on mobile, the obstacle has been changed to the default for a new task.
- When creating a new task, it is no longer mandatory to select a team. This makes reporting obstacles much faster than before.
- Additionally, in the Notifications section of the browser, the three-dot menu for editing obstacles no longer remains active after editing the line details.
