Version 2.5.13 (January 29, 2026)

Improved printing, regional date support, and continued beta development

This release focuses on stability improvements for the current production experience while continuing development of the Schedule View Renewal beta. We've addressed several user-reported issues around printing, work package imports, and home page reliability.

What's New

Print Dialog Improvements

We've made several improvements to the printing experience based on user feedback:

  • Persistent Settings: Your print settings (date range and row selection) now persist between print sessions. No more re-entering the same values when printing multiple times.

  • Filter Access: You can now adjust filters and highlights while the print dialog is open, making it easier to fine-tune what you're printing without closing the dialog first.

  • Stability Fix: Resolved an error that some users encountered when clicking "Continue" in the print preview.

Work Package Import

  • Regional Date Formats: The import now intelligently detects whether your dates are in DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY format. When the format is ambiguous (like "01/02/2026"), you'll see a selector to choose the correct interpretation.

  • Same-Day Work Packages: Fixed an issue where importing work packages with identical start and end dates would fail.

Bug Fixes

  • Home Page Reliability: Fixed an intermittent issue where some sites wouldn't appear on the home page until refreshing.

  • Duplicate Prevention: Rapidly clicking the create button no longer creates duplicate work packages.

  • Language Switching: Changing your language preference now updates date formats immediately without requiring a page refresh.

  • Clone Ordering: Work package ordering is now correctly preserved when cloning.

Mobile App

  • Fixed service worker update prompt not appearing on mobile web

  • Improved scroll performance on older schedules

  • Various popover and layout fixes

Schedule View Renewal (Beta)

Beta testing of the Schedule View Renewal is now underway with select customers. This comprehensive update reimagines how you create, navigate, and manage schedules in Sitedrive. We will release the new update to all users after validation and testing is complete.

New in This Release

Visual Dependencies

  • Draw dependencies between work packages by clicking and dragging

  • Set lag times between dependent tasks

  • See dependency lines update in real-time during drag and resize operations

  • Support for space-to-space dependency rules

Abbreviation Display
A new "Show abbreviations" toggle in the view menu lets you display work package abbreviations instead of full names throughout all views — useful for dense schedules where space is at a premium.

Excel Export
Export your Gantt view data to Excel with all visible columns, hierarchy structure, and custom fields preserved.

Performance Improvements

  • Tab switching is now more responsive during heavy loads

  • Polling pauses automatically when the browser tab is hidden, reducing unnecessary server load

  • Quantity data now loads faster through our new aggregation system

Additional Improvements

  • Preset views now only show options relevant to your project's space model
