Highlights of what's new for you this week:
NEW
SPOTLIGHT — turn any schedule view into a live site info screen
Focus mode can now be locked into a view — and that unlocks a proper info-screen setup for the site office:
1. Create a schedule view and lock focus mode and status coloring on
2. Invite an info-view user with limited permissions (e.g. firstname.lastname+info_view@company.com)
3. Share the view with that user
4. Open Sitedrive on the TV and log in as the info-view user with the login code
5. Navigate to the shared view tab
6. That's it — focus mode scrolls forward automatically as days pass, rows without work in the window stay hidden, and statuses update live as crews report from the field

IMPROVEMENTS- Change a phase's location breakdown right where you notice it — the breakdown chooser is now always available in location-based views, and the view briefly switches to the new breakdown so you see the result immediately. Define Areas stays in sync after the change, including timing previews.
- Smoother breakdown editing — drag multiple spaces at once, auto-scroll while dragging long lists, and the schedule's default breakdown is clearly labeled in the view menu.
- Placement suggestions land where the work belongs — suggestions follow space classifications, so tiling goes to bathrooms, not the first area on the list.
- View settings that respect your setup — the settings dialog opens pre-filled with what's on screen, and timeline notes and holidays are now lockable view settings: decide once what everyone sees in a shared view.
- Consistent coloring everywhere — smarter default coloring per user (including schedules without phases yet), clearer phase labels, and shared views always show the coloring you locked.
- Mobile matches web — work from another location breakdown is dimmed on the schedule tab, so it's always clear what belongs to the view you're in.
- Faster loading — the app only downloads your language and half the font payload, so first load is noticeably quicker, especially on site connections.
FIXES- Typed task and quality-task entries save when you click away — nothing gets lost anymore.
- Marking a quality task as failed now opens issue creation, so every defect gets an owner and follow-up.
- Printing: file names use the correct local date, the current-date line staes, and new large print sizes are available (90×60 cm, 120×90 cm, Tabloid).
- Dragging work packages with dependencies no longer flashes false violation warnings — you only see red when there's a real conflict.
- Team changes apply to all selected work packages as expected.
- Views created from presets are now fully editable, and un-sharing a view takes effect immediately for recipients.
- Clearer selection outline when reporting statuses, and macOS Control-clickas right-click.
- Plus polish: accurate breakdown names and location trees in edge cases, fifrom a clean Project root, custom-field saving no longer fails right after opening settings, and no more empty-screen flash while a schedule loads.
